Wolf of the World

Hank references the Wolf of the World when the mystic leader of the distant tribe is speaking of “mysteries” - of things which are not man nor beast, ghosts, monsters, and miraculous occurrences. Hank says, “Enough with the Wolf of the World stories” in a seemingly trivializing way.

We may deduce the “Wolf of the World” is a boogeyman of this world.
