Midtown

We have glimpsed an interlocal space leading from Lowtown to Midtown. We don’t get to see much (we actually don’t see anything in the workshop art other than some walls), but we should be able to see slightly more modern architecture and transportation here than among the Industrial Age elements of Lowtown.

Whereas Lowtown’s citizens ran the gamut in terms of cleanliness and dress, the citizens nearer to Midtown conform to a more uniform standard of public appearance. It is for this reason Ricky identifies the peculiarity of the Gruff Man approaching the area.
