Narissa
Narissa is mentioned once by name in a conveniently expository passage:
“A generation [after Six-Gun], Narissa organized the Children of the Revolution to petition the Institution for expanded rights for Lowtown and the Annexed, but without explanation, they too grew silent and vanished.”
Three panels later, Ricky asks Holman if “she” is attending a vote for the humanitarian petition.
When Ricky is discovered to have printed a pamphlet on Holman’s press, he explains he wanted to get Narissa’s attention, potentially to resurrect the Children of the Revolution or a similar movement.
