Perry’s name is mentioned as Hank, Sid, and Tim drive to the Ruckus. He seems to have control of a tunnel near the city. Tim has arranged for Hank to meet with Perry but he is uncertain of his reliability. Hank is concerned Marcus may control the tunnel, but Tim thinks it unlikely as it is on a different side of Boomtown.
